van helsings favourite potatoestuff
This dish is for those who like it simple, quick and spicy - it only includes potatoes, green beans, chilis and garlic....much garlic. Go for it!
First cook some unpeeled potatoes in a steamer like that (if you don't have one, please buy one as soon as possible - it's really ESSENTIAL for preparing vegetables, they taste so much better than when they are cooked in boiling water) wait a moment, then add the green beans. If both are "al dente", take them out of the steamer, let them cool down and cut them to pieces.
Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan, powder the potatopieces with a mixture of chili (take the extra-hot one), paprika, turmeric, salt and a little coriander and roast it all in the pan. Wait a moment and then add the beans, too. Snip one or two (this is the part which will distinguish the tough guys from the sissies) fresh red chillies, chop one (oh, you coward!) or two (same sissy-thing for that) cloves of garlic and mix it with the potatoe-beans.
When the potatoes turn crispy, arrange this stuff on a plate, sprinkle it with black cumin (did you know that prophet Mohammed himself declared "black cumin heals every disease except of death"...so black cumin seems to be healthy, don't you agree??) and enjoy. Go to bed and sleep well - your breath will keep every vampire from your door this night. Sleep and don't think of tomorrow when nobody will want to share a room with you, you garlicmonster.
As you can see on the pic we had some tofu coated with almond slivers as a side dish. Of course marinad in red hot chili pepper, LOTS of red REALLY hot chili pepper....just to make really sure that we are definitely no sissies.
